“Porusot” is the diminutive of Porroux which means “stony places”, from Latin Petrosa “stony/rocky places”.
Organic since 1995 and biodynamic since 2005. All our wines are certified by Ecocert.
The nose is an open and invigorating scent of pink grapefruit. On the palate, we find citrus fruits and ripe yet balanced yellow fruit, with both roundness and freshness. A very harmonious profile that seems to be the token of the 2022 vintage.
