Aged for 7 years (hence the name) in 500-1500L oak barrels. A blend of Bussia, Pugnane, and Panerole.
WINE ADVOCATE 94 POINTS - "A special late-release offering, the Daniele Conterno 2013 Barolo Riserva Sette 7 Anni shows delicate signs of age and is shy to open. With time, it reveals the ethereal tones we expect to find in an aged Barolo. I found this bottle to be quite elegant and beautiful. It shows a slightly darker color saturation and very fine aromas that are well integrated and balanced over a solid, full-bodied mouthfeel. "
