80% Garnacha, 20% Samso (Carignan)
Soft and Mediterranean in character (ripe aromas, dry flavors), the Pissarres is darkly-toned, with a wash of savory, mineral sensations. You can find lifted aromas reminiscent of purple flowers, and a core of ripe red fruits, joined by refreshing hints of citrus. Its notes of Mediterranean brush are complemented by subtle cedary aromas thanks to partial aging in French oak barrels (some new).

Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and concrete. The wine is not cold-stablized or clarified, only undergoing a light filtering before bottling, with minimal sulfur addition. Vegan.
