Hi-Time is Open for Curbside Pick Up Service & Shipping Only!

We want to keep our customers and staff safe during these times and will be offering Pick Up Service only for the foreseeable future (as well as delivery & shipping options).

What does that mean?

It means our store will be closed for walk-in traffic (until CDC deems it is safe to do otherwise) but you will be able to place orders online or over the phone. Customers can either pick up their order in our parking lot or have us ship it to you.

We do ask that you allow for a 24-hour window between the time you order and pick up-- and also further request that you do not come to the store until you receive your invoice in your email.

This is a new situation for all of us, and we are trying to responsibly provide our products to you in the safest manner we can; we do ask that you please be patient as we try and discover the best way to make it all work out.

So how will it work?

Once you have received your emailed invoice (Note: you will receive an order confirmation once you've placed your order through hitimewine.net-- the INVOICE will be the second email we send to you), drive in to our parking lot and park in the front section (nearest to the building). We will have staff in the parking lot who will come to you to find out who you are so we can get your order and bring it to you. We ask that you please follow their directions. Please have identification (driver's license, passport) so we can verify your identity. *** Please note that phone orders will receive the receipt only via email and not a confirmation email.

Shipping is normally a one-day turnaround but these are not normal times.

This all may change as it's put into practice so, again, we request that you please be patient both with us and the process.

We apologize for any inconvenience-- but we believe it very important to make sure the virus does not spread. When we are able to open again to the public, and host events at our wine bar, we will do so. Until then, please try and remain safe, wash your hands, avoid large groups, don't hoard, and be kind to each other.
