CLEMENS BUSCH 2025 RIESLING TROCKEN DRY

Cult producer Clemens Busch, is a trailblazer in organic and biodynamic winemaking. His dry Riesling is grown on a patchwork of unique soils (mostly grey slate) from various biodynamic areas in the lower Mosel. It has only 10.5% alcohol and a zesty, crisp, and refined acidity. The palate is stimulated by wet stone, green apple, citrus fruits, white blossoms, ginger, subtle salinity, minerals, and earthy depth. Try it with fresh summer salads and light fish dishes.
