CERTIFIED BIODYNAMIC, NATURAL, ORGANIC, LOW SULFITES
A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Blaufrankisch. This is a juicy, earthy, slightly edgy wine, with notes of sour cherry, blueberry and black currant. This is a jubilant, energetic wine that prances on the palate. The vines are grown on limestone (kalk) and Gravel (kiesel) soils, all field work is done by hand. Once harvested, the fruit undergoes spontaneous fermentation, and is aged for eight months in large neutral oak barrels. 11%ABV.
