This particular wine is closer to a sparkling rosato, instead of the glass lambrusco which leans more to a sparkling red wine. It is fruit forward, refreshing, while not actively sweet the fruity aromas inspire a sweeter sensation.
Perfect for a light aperitivo, brunch, or on its own at any time of day.
Try it also with aged cheeses and pasta with ragù!
