Caroline Morey has built her own name via her elegant wines, stepping past the fact that she is married to Pierre-Yves Colin and the daughter of Jean-Marc Morey. Relying on old-vine plots, the winemaking for her white wines is similar to that of the PYCM wines: fermenting and aging in larger barrels (350L), indigenous yeasts and no batonnage. The whites are often opulent, the reds vibrant and wildly complex.
