Dramfool’s Jim McEwan Signature Collection Octomore 3.3 is a 6-year-old single malt Islay Scotch whisky distilled from heavily peated barley (139.5 PPM) at the Bruichladdich Distillery. Bottled in June 2021 by Dramfool, it matured exclusively in a first-fill Jim Beam bourbon barrel (cask #5390) and was released at a natural cask strength of 64.7% with an outturn of only 235 bottles.
