The Crémant d'Alsace Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Fruity & fresh, delicate & charming rosé sparkler with gentle red fruits ( red delicious apples) & a harmonious mousse. The acidity is firm and refreshing and flavors of flower blossom complement the red berry fruits. This is a wonderful aperitif but would pair well with chicken dishes cooked with an assortment of spices or for bright aperitifs, like a tomato mozzarella salad.
