BOTT FRERES BRUT ROSE CREMANT D'ALSACE

The Crémant d'Alsace Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir. The wine is a delicate and charming rosé sparkler with gentle red fruits and a harmonious mousse. The acidity is firm and refreshing and flavors of flower blossom complement the red berry fruits. This is a wonderful aperitif but would pair well with chicken dishes cooked with an assortment of spices or a mixed plate of cheese and charcuterie.
