Developed by eighth-generation master distiller Freddie Noe, the release draws inspiration from Booker Noe’s seasonal “A.B.C. Wassail,” a family recipe centered on apples, bourbon barrels, and cinnamon. The resulting profile combines robust rye character with bright apple, caramel, vanilla, seasoned oak, and warming cinnamon.
