Eric Boigelot hails from Monthelie but in 1998 he moved his winery to Meursault, taking over an old tonnelier’s warehouse. He currently owns 9 hectares spread over four villages. From the 2022 vintage he is joined by his son Charles who is keen to move towards organic farming. The small vineyard of Les Petit Charrons sits to the southwest of the village near les Chevaliers. With a classic Meursault nose of green cob nuts, lemon and brioche and plenty of length and depth this is starting to drink beautifully.
