Organically produced wheat spirit is macerated for 18 hours with 8 different botanicals, including Sweet Gale which has been harvested from the family farm. Lemon peel is taken from unwaxed lemons on the day that they are to be used for ultimate freshness. Crafted on the shores of Lough Erne in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland — the first legal distillery in Fermanagh in over 130 years. A unique dual-botanical juniper filtration process ('dubbel gebeide genever') results in an even more pronounced juniper flavour. Crystal clear. Aroma: Juniper, pine, subtle lemon and licorice accents. Taste: Juniper led, followed by light lemon notes, angelica, orris root, and coriander, with licorice and pine rounding off the end-palate. Finish: Dry, smooth with vanilla and floral notes.
