Blood Oath Pact No. 1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon
This is the first in the popular Blood Oath series, produced by Luxco in Bardstown, KY using bourbon sourced from neighboring distilleries.
Tasting Notes,
"A spicy, woody bourbon, Blood Oath Pact No. 1 Bourbon is a made with three different whiskies, including one with a high rye mash bill, creating green, peppery spice. Aromas of vanilla, rye spice, pepper, maple caramel and chocolate mingle with oak and apricot on the nose. The palate offers notes of cocoa, vanilla, honey, tobacco and orange, before a smooth, dry finish with plenty of peppery rye spice and dried apricot notes."

A masterful union of well-bred bourbons. One, a spirited bourbon with a decidedly rye mash bill, unmistakably oaky and strong.
