A rare variety, usually included as part of a blend shines. Snappy and crisp with citrus overtones, this wine has taut acidity but retains a generous mouth feel. Notes of wet stone, ocean spray and clean salinity on the finish. The term U Pastine is from the local dialect indicating a very special product, appropriate for this rare white grape found only in Liguria.
