It was fermented in stainless steel after some hours of skin contact. The wine shimmers with tones of gold and brings ripe pear, even with a touch of stone fruit. The palate is juicy, with a pear skin texture that has something of citrus, harboring slight pepperiness. The finish is dry, fresh and lasting. (Bone-dry)
