Distillery Nirasaki Distillery Yamanashi Prefecture, Nirasaki City Narasaki City, located in the northern part of the Kofu Basin in Yamanashi Prefecture, is surrounded by beautiful forests and clear streams. This area overlooks Mt. Fuji, a beautiful location surrounded by the foothills of Mt. Yatsugatake, with Mt. Phoenix, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan, flowing to the west and Mt. Teshigawa river of the Fuji River system flowing to the south. This area is ideal for whiskey production due to its rich natural environment.
