BERNARD & THIERRY GLANTENAY 2023 BOURGOGNE COTE D'OR

Thierry Glantenay cultivates the entire estate according to organic principles, without claiming any certification. The grapes are harvested by hand, in small 10 kg crates, to preserve their integrity. The estate uses a vibrating sorting table and cools the grapes before vatting. Native yeasts are used for fermentation, and the wines are aged and bottled without fining or filtration.
