JEB DUNNUCK 96 POINTS - "Planted in 2005 with 22 different soil types, La Spirale is an undulating hilly vineyard with a slight western exposure. Once called the Redmond Vineyard, it’s always the last vineyard that they pick. The 2022 Pinot Noir La Spirale Vineyard is a jeweled ruby color, and the nose leads with notes of candied roses, sweet herbs, wild raspberries, delicate spice, and incense. Very pure all the way through, it’s crystalline, with well-defined, ripe tannins, an even a spine of acidity, and again, that salty note on the front of the palate. A fantastic red, it’s going to age with ease over the next 15 years."

WINE SPECTATOR 95 POINTS - "Dynamic and seductive, with a fleshy texture that wraps around its elegantly complex core. Features fragrant raspberry and strawberry flavors accented by rose petal, dusky spice and forest floor notes that build richness and polish on the luscious finish. Drink now through 2033. 1,163 cases made."
