7 grains 2022 Domaine Barmès-Buecher is made from all the grape varieties of the estate Riesling (30%), Gewurztraminer (25%), Pinot Gris (16%), Pinot Auxerrois (10%), Pinot Blanc (9%), Pinot Noir (7%) and Muscat (3%).
The 7-grain cuvée has a complex nose with aromas of fresh pear and exotic fruits. The attack on the palate is rich, but retains a beautiful freshness with notes of citrus, orange zest and lime.
