Nose: Dry sherry notes, some raisins Fruity, mostly wild berries, Spicy, a hint of dark roasted coffee bean Touch of fresh-cut grass in the background, Fresh dough develops as time goes by
Palate: Sweet & spicy. More to the oloroso side, espresso, dried fruit, some almond even. Wide range of spices in parallel (pepper, nutmeg, clove, etc)gets maltier over time, a touch of tannin bitterness to wrap up
Finish:Mid-short, dry finish, malty, oak spice lingering with again, a touch of tannin bitterness.
