A blend of 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Athiri, and 5% Aidani.
Grapes come from 80-years-old vines from the island of Santorini. Vinification is done in stainless steel. Each variety is vinified separately. The wine ages on its lees for a minimum of twelve months.
