Angel’s Envy 10 Year Cask Strength Bourbon 2025 Release is the brand’s first bourbon to carry a full 10-year age statement in their Cask Strength line. Distilled in 2014-2015 and matured for ten years in new charred American white oak, it is finished in Ruby Port wine casks. The release is non-chill filtered to preserve mouthfeel and natural flavour, and is part of the 15-year anniversary Distiller’s Collection for Angel’s Envy. Tasting Notes Appearance: Rich burnished amber Nose: Dark fruit compote, ripe plum, brandied cherry, caramel, oak spice Palate: Velvety caramel, salted nuts, nougat, candied fruits, with a luxurious port wine sweetness layered over bourbon spice Finish: Long and warming with lingering port tannins, toasted oak, sweet dark fruit, and vanilla undertones
