A methode champenoise rendition of Ameztoi's pink Txakoli, made from 100 % Hondarribi Beltza, disgorged on June 26, 2015 and with 4.5 g/l dosage. Pale pink. Fresh, mineral-laced red berries, orange zest and white flowers on the highly perfumed nose. Fleshy and seamless in texture, offering juicy raspberry and cherry flavors and a jolt of spiciness on the back half. Clings with very good authority on the stony, spice-tinged finish, which leaves candied rose and white pepper notes behind.
