This delicate small-production sake is brewed at the base of Mt. Fuji. In the glass, this sake shows a slight yellowish tint. The bouquet shows a nose giving of earthy, mushroomy aromas. On the palate more of that mushroom comes forth, followed by chestnut, mango and papaya. This slightly sweet, slightly savory sake is unique and charming all at once. Like Mt. Fuji, it is unforgettable.
