This translucent DRY RED made from the Trollinger grape (also known as Blaufrankisch or Kekfrankos depending where you are) is light ruby in the glass and with a nose of strawberries and fresh cherries, accompanied by some thyme and nutmeg. This is an elegant wine with refreshing acidity and soft tannins. It is delicious chilled.
