After a stay in New Zealand in the vineyards, Jean-Philippe Agisson, grandson of a farmer from the Oise, decided to become a winemaker. Back in France, he worked for Alphonse Mellot in Sancerre and for Dagueneau in Pouilly-Fumé. From 2017, he embarked on his own project. His work focuses on the lands of Sury-en-Vaux and Saint-Satur, producing fine whites and delicate reds, including Les Filles, a Pinot Noir. He is now a rising star in Sancerre.
