WINERY NOTES - "One of our objectives has always been to be the most precise in the expression of the Terroirs that we vinify. To go further in this approach, we made the choice in 2016 to no longer produce the cuvée " Harmonie" and to replace it with two more specific parcel selections: Luft and Neuberg. This choice was also made with a view to requests for Premiers Crus beginning to appear in Alsace. The Neuberg expresses all the power of the Bollenberg hill, with aromas of ripe and candied red fruits and a salty mineral tension on the finish. The whole is accompanied by silky tannins with a very fine touch."
