This gives rise to white wines with a reduced profile and smoky, grilled and iodised aromas, revealing the Jura terroir in their wilted version. The Savagnins matured under veil and the full-bodied yellow wines come from vineyards that are at least thirty years old. Each vintage is an opportunity to appreciate the winemaker's growing knowledge of his terroirs.
