DOSNON & LEPAGE BLANC DE BLANC "RECOLTE BLANCHE"

Golden colour with citrus and floral aromas; vinous style with a mineral freshness. Made from 100% Chardonnay and vinified in old Puligny- Montrachet barrels. A very low dosage (amount of sugar) is added to ensure that it does not change the character of the wine. Ready to drink now, but if you are patient it will mature nicely over the next five years. So elegant it's best enjoyed by itself.
