Tessa is now moving towards biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Domaine aux Moines are exceptional wines with their own typicality. The estate produces mostly
white wines, 100% Chenin.
However, there is a vine,
almost 100 years old in red:
Cabernet Franc (70%)
and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%).
