Biodynamic/Organically grown fruit from Bassi Vineyard, Eden Rift and Deer Ridge Trail form a bright, fresh, red tea spice and savory confluence of delectable, minerally Pinot Noir. A mere seven barrels were wild fermented and bottled unfiltered. A nod to the great Bourgogne Rouge wines and old school Central Coast Pinot Noirs.
