The innate vitality of the classic white varieties blended to make this wine is preserved using cold fermentation. The 2019 Mount Hermon White features aromatic fruit notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach and pineapple, rounded out with flowers and a touch of grass. This medium-bodied blended wine is flavorful, fresh and easy to enjoy. Ready to drink upon release, the wine is best enjoyed within a couple of years of harvest. We like pairing the wine with grilled sardines, tangerine chicken, or a vibrant palak paneer.
