CERTIFIED ORGANIC
This 2014 dry Riesling is lively with good salty minerality and hints of yellow fruits. There is a note of petrol and otherwise full of verve and clean definition. This is a great wine to drink on its own, and also a great gastronomic wine.
The Hasensprung vineyards are south-facing terraces, grown on medium-heavy clay soil with a proportion of loam, accented by lime marl. Winemaking notes: Extremely ripe grapes were selected in several passes and processed very carefully. Slight squeezing of the berries and a maceration time of several hours ensure optimal release of the aromas. The juice was fermented with the grape's own yeast for several weeks. A yeast storage followed until bottling at the end of June.
