ORGANIC. This is an artfully crafted wine using 30% whole cluster fermentation and 30% new oak barrels during the maturation. Aromas include cherries, blackberries, boysenberries, blueberries, and hints of mocha. Flavors include dark cherries, red plums, and ripe strawberries. There is a medium body, a fully saturated and refreshing overall mouthfeel, good balance and acidity, and nice tannins complementing the finish.
