Santo Stefano is a tribute to Santo Cambianica and Stefano Riboli, two pioneers of the California wine industry. In 1917, Santo arrived from Italy and founded San Antonio Winery, Saint Anthony’s Winery. His nephew Stefano joined him in 1938. Together, they began a tradition of family winemaking that spans four generations and continues today.
Santo Stefano Cabernet Sauvignon is a mouth-filling, classically-styled wine with smooth texture and soft tannins. Enticing aromas of vanilla and spice are followed by ripe flavors of blackberry, currant, and black cherry. The finish shows hints of bittersweet chocolate.
