For many years Eamonn Jones and Aidan Smith managed markets around the globe for some of the most respected names in the whisky industry: – Ian Macleod Distillers – owners of Glengoyne, Tamdhu, Rosebank and Whyte and Mackay – Dalmore, Jura, Fettercairn. – Bruichladdich Distillery, whiskies and The Botanist gin. Throughout this time they built up an unparalleled network of contacts with industry giants, individual distilleries, whisky brokers, and private individuals to ensure continued access to great casks of whisky. Fox Fitzgerald was established in 2010 based on pretty simple logic: they had worked for over 20 years with lots of great distilleries and with lots of great importers around the world – if they could connect the two whether via brands they create or represent or via sourcing rare stocks for them, then the chances were they would have a great business!
