This natural wine is made from hand harvested organically farmed Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the Kartli region of the Republic of Georgia. It is fermented by the indigenous yeasts present on the grapes. Fermentation takes place in traditional Qvevri (clay amphora) with 6 months of skin contact/maceration which give this white its amber/orange color. On the nose you find aromas of peaches and apricots. On the palate it is smooth, rich and dry. Tiny amount of sulphur may be added at bottling.
