Trousseau at its peak – delicate, detailed and fragrant with strawberries, ripe berries, currants and subtle spice. Subtle earthy characters playing in the background, too. Fresh and lithe with a texture that just ripples across the tongue. Takes to a chill like a duck to water. A beauty.
