Mac's Bordeaux-Rhone blend! Fait Accompli means "a thing that has already happened or been decided before those affected hear about it, leaving them with no option but to accept it." Paso Robles is known for being an amazing climate for growing Rhones and Cabernet Sauvignon, and this is a blend from Paper Street and the McPrice Myers Estate Vineyard. The Cab, Syrah, and Petit Verdot coming off of these vineyards are too good to do anything other than its own bottling, which is why it is a Fait Accompli. The final blend is 46% Syrah, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 16% Petit Verdot.
