WINERY NOTES: "Apples, stone fruits and wonderful aromas of freshly baked bread open to a full-bodied yet profoundly stony palate. Focused, fine and long on the finish, we believe it will age well for at least a decade." This limited (70 case) production Millesime is a 50/50 blend of Grand Cru Chardonnay (Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Cramant) and Premier Cru Pinot Noir from Hautvillers and Cumieres. Hand harvested with 33% of the base wine undergoing malolactic fermentation followed by extended "Sur Latte" aging for 84 months."

Marion-Bosser owns three hectares of old-vine premier cru vineyards, most of which are Pinot Noir, in their home village of Hautvillers. They source out their Chardonnay from grand-cru vineyards in Oger and Vertus. These impressive women work the vines by themselves and practice sustainability that is influenced by Elodie’s Burgundian education. Elodie makes her wine at the local cooperative, which demands strict specifications from farming techniques to winemaking. In addition, she has the advantage of using state-of-the-art equipment and is surrounded by fellow enologists. Needless to say, the wines reflect the passion and dedication that has gone into making them.
