LUSTAU MANZANILLA EN RAMA DE LUCAR DE BARRAMEDA 500ML

Sanlúcar de Barrameda sits on the estuary of the Guadalquivir River where it spills out into the Gulf of Cádiz. The unique microclimate here creates a perfect environment for the development of flor and imbues the wines with their signature salty character. This Manzanilla was aged at a bodega facing La Calzada beach on the banks of the river. It was drawn from two butts out of a solera of 135 and was bottled without filtration. This is a snappy, lissome wine that is almost overwhelmingly saline and positively begs for the shellfish of Sanlúcar.
