This is a nice representation of how Pinot rolls in Otago. It has a nice push and pull, with high acidity, depth, and grip. It has the classic cherry and earthy smells that are heightened by the brightness of the wine, while the slight tannic grip focuses the comfy weight on the palate. It’s a great wine and cheese gathering wine, and the screw cap doesn't hurt.
