Wines here combine a classic Champagne elegance with the signature Bouzy power, especially in wines such as ‘Oeil de Perdrix.’ Their 1999 Grand Cru Brut (en magnum!) is a richly perfumed, graceful Champagne. These bottlings are typically aged for more than nine years in bottle and crafted only in the finest of vintages. A blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. Dosage less than 7 grams/L.
