VINOUS 91 POINTS - "A blend of two parcels from clay, limestone soils that spends 18 months maturing on fine lees, the 2019 Sancerre Les Amoureses is almost glacier-like in its purity of fruit: lemon and apples and the merest floral whiff. The wine fills the mouth but at the same time it has delicacy and a lightness on its feet. There’s mouthwatering acidity, although a touch of warmth on the finish from the 14.5%-plus alcohol slightly detracts from what is otherwise a very appealing, transparent style."
