The Joly family’s 12th-century estate is comprised of three biodynamic Chenin Blanc vineyards anchored around the family monopole, Clos de la Coulée de Serrant, located in the Savennières appellation, AOC Roche aux Moines and AOC Savennières. Proprietor Nicolas Joly is renowned as a leader of biodynamic viticulture, with the estate operating according to biodynamic principles since 1981. Famille Joly Clos de la Coulée de Serrant, Clos de la Bergerie and Les Vieux Clos wines have been recognized throughout their long history.
