Coming from a variety of vineyard sites across the Côte de Brouilly. The dice on the label represents percentages of exposition and soil types. 60% is South facing on Volcanic soils for the structure and base of the blend, 30% comes from East-facing slopes on Clay/limestone soils for freshness and elevation, and 10% comes from South facing slopes on deep Granite for a splash of diversity.Vines average 40 to 50 years old with some selection massale vines over 70 years old.
