This simply stunning 50 year old Speyside single malt was laid to rest at the Caperdonich distillery on the 10th October 1969 and bottled by Duncan Taylor Ltd for their Rarest Collection on the 30th April 2020.
Housed in a beautiful decanter and complete with signed COA and exclusive presentation carry case, this is one of only 88 decanters that were filled from cask number 3253 at a natural strength 47.9% ABV.
An outstanding expression of half-a-century aged Scotch whisky from another of Scotland's long-lost distilleries; the site was sadly closed in 2002 and ultimately demolished in 2011.
