This sapid rendition of Burgundian Pinot Noir has delicate floral aromas and a hint of savoury spice. It’s made from old vines, which take credit for its freshness – which the Rollins sought to emphasise in 2019 with élevage exclusively in used barrels. The palate is ripe and loaded with juicy summer fruit flavours, with a grippy, moreish finish.
