From the deeply steep slopes of Condrieu, Domaine Faury farms these terraced vineyards with a deft and precise touch. The grapes are carefully picked, pressed, and fermentation takes place in steel tank. Part of the wine spends 11 months in large oak barrels on the lees. This classic version of this esteemed dry white wine is redolent yet restrained. Faury use a light hand, and the elegant wines they produce are decidedly old school. To pair with poultry and sping asparagus.
